Ray Isle of Food & Wine listed our 2014 Sparkling Brut Rosé as one of the "8 Oregon Sparkling Wines That Rival Champagne!" This topaz-toned Brut Rosé is made from 100% Vineyard Designated Pinot noir, crisp and lithe on the palate with creamy bubbles.
The 2016 Auxerrois has a perfect balance of slightly creamy texture and a bright vein of acidity.
The 2016 Gran Moraine Chardonnay was barrel fermented with just 17% new oak, the remainder neutral. Creamy, with a round texture and mouthfeel, this wine has notes of ripe golden apple and Asian pear fruit.
This offers a fresh and more fruit-focused impression with a supple and neatly arranged core of flavorful, succulent peach to close. Neat, fresh and drinkable style here. -90 Points, James Suckling
