A stunning, jewel-toned sparkler made in the Methode Champenoise, this Brut Rose contains Pinot Noir from both our Estate Vineyard and the high elevation site, Harbinger Vineyard.
The 2016 Gran Moraine Chardonnay was barrel fermented with just 17% new oak, the remainder neutral. Creamy, with a round texture and mouthfeel, this wine has notes of ripe golden apple and Asian pear fruit.
This offers a fresh and more fruit-focused impression with a supple and neatly arranged core of flavorful, succulent peach to close. Neat, fresh and drinkable style here. -90 Points, James Suckling
A sibling of Chardonnay, this grape is reminiscent of Pinot Blanc. This vintage delivers a rich texture and moderate acidity combined with notes of Asian pear and star anise.
90 pts- Dr. Owen Bargreen, Washington Wine Blog (June, 2019) The salmon colored rosé opens up with aromas of nectarine, guava and ripe strawberry that all collect in the glass. The palate has really good freshness with bright lemon zest, red fruit and melon tones that all impress. This is perfect for a hot summer day on the patio.
A unique white varietal that can have a white pepper characteristic, Grüner Veltliner has established itself as a Raptor Ridge favorite.
Logsdon Ridge Vineyard, organically farmed by Dai Crisp, has always been known to be a top Pinot Gris performer. This Pinot Gris was barrel fermented using VL1 yeast, which is known to express terpenes (think citrus and floral notes).
Comprised of 2 each of our 2018 Estate Grüner Veltliner, 2018 Barrel Fermented Rosé of Pinot Noir and 2018 Logsdon Ridge Pinot Gris, this 6 pack is the perfect send off to summer. Crisp, bright and refreshing, enjoy this trio with seafood, soft cheeses or at the beach or your very own back yard!
